Of or relating to Ptolemy I Soter, an ancient Macedonian general and a patriarch of the Ptolemaic dynasty of Egypt, or in a manner characterized by or adhering to Ptolemaic cosmology, which held that the Earth is at the center of the universe with the stars and the planets revolving around it.
